What is Core Values ?

Core values are the unequivocal beliefs and guiding principles that an employee must believe and set priorities to follow. These beliefs outline the priorities of the organization and embody the cultural aspects of it. Core values are necessary for an employee to comprehend the hierarchy of expectations, synchronize his or her activities with the entire organization’s objectives, and facilitate the uniformity of the processes within the company. Examples include integrity, innovation, customer focus, and teamwork. Core values, when internalized at various levels of a company as a part of its practices, support the company's culture and make it a better place to work and thrive for an extended period.
